This summer Chabad Lubavitch of Idaho, in conjunction with Lubavitch World Headquarters, brought two Rabbis to visit the Jewish communities of Idaho.
The Rabbis, Zalman Mendelsohn of Miami and Schneur Z. Newfield of New York, traveled throughout Idaho with a mission to reach out to those communities not privileged to have their own Rabbi.
The Rabbis conducted Shabbatons in Idaho Falls, Moscow and Twin Falls. Classes were held in Pocatello, Mountain Home, Coeur d'Alene and Rupert, amongst other locations.
As a community service, religious supplies and books were brought along to share with the communities.
Cities visited include: Mountain Home, Twin Falls, Potlatch, Lewiston, Moscow, Coeur d'Alene, Rupert, American Falls, Idaho Falls, Buhl, Jerome, McCall, Sandpoint and Kamiah.
