We at Chabad Lubavitch of Idaho join you in hope and prayer as together we approach the new Jewish year of 5781.

Although we need to modify things this year due to covid-19, we will still observe the Holy Days. We'll listen to the call of the Shofar, taste the sweetness of the Apple-and-Honey, recommit to G‑d on Yom Kippur.

Join us this year for our limited programs—and with your pre-holiday preparation online.

Let us know if there is anything we can do to help you observe Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur in the community and/or at home.

Tashlich Service
 
 In the late afternoon of Rosh Hashana (second day this year), the entire community joins together in a proud processional for the observance of tashlich. Representing the themes of renewal and rejuvenation, this tradition also has a way of demonstrating a spirit of communal solidarity as young and old march and sing together while en route to perform a fascinating mitzvah.
