A Taste of Shabbat

Challah and Chicken Soup Pickup

  • Chabad Lubavitch of Idaho is working hard to continue to bring you that which you count on us for - Yiddishkeit and community, imbued with meaning, warmth and joy.

Although we cannot celebrate in person due to coronavirus and the Chabad Jewish Center remains closed to the public, Chabad Lubavitch of Idaho is finding new ways to share the light of Shabbat throughout our beautiful community.

We would love to give you some fresh homemade Challah , a delicious bowl of chicken soup with matzah balls (to warm the quarantined soul!), and cookies - all packaged and ready for pick-up. You can place your order below.

If you know someone who is elderly or home-bound and could benefit from a special Shabbat delivery please let us know!

If you are able to volunteer to deliver "A Taste of Shabbat" package please let us know below.

Curbside pickup will be at the Chabad Jewish Center parking lot, 1803 S. Maple Grove Rd. in Boise, on Friday, May 22 between 4-5pm and it will be brought to your car.

There is no charge for A Taste of Shabbat.  We will try to accommodate as many people as possible, while supplies last.

Orders must be submitted by 9:00 PM on Wednesday, May 20.

May Almighty G-d bring healing and joy to all of us and to the entire world.

    Shabbat Shalom!
